Delivery options, timing and any charges must be confirmed at checkout before an order is placed. A saved address in your account does not automatically become your checkout address.
Returns
After an order is marked delivered, you can submit a return request from Your account. The request is reviewed; sending it does not automatically generate a label or a refund. Return shipping arrangements and costs will be confirmed with you before a return is sent.

Contact Trandora about an order if you wish to withdraw from a purchase. The account return request can record your request for a delivered order. Full withdrawal instructions and a contact channel must be published before public sales launch.

Store terms, including payment, delivery, returns and refunds, are being finalised. Do not rely on an order request as confirmation of payment or shipment.

The account stores your profile, saved addresses, preferences, newsletter status, orders and return requests to provide these features. You can download the information displayed in Your account, remove saved addresses and unsubscribe. A verified deletion request process is still being prepared.
